We shall inform the customer via e-mail
about the refund once we have received and processed the
returned title received with us. The title returned to us
should not be in a damaged condition or else the returns
shall not be acceptable, to be returned in original condition
only.
A request for approval for returning
the book has to be submitted within 10 days of dispatch
of the books. The refund of payment will be considered on
case to case basis. The customer (Member) will obtain the
refund after the department clearance.
